1) Who provides the service

The weekend tours are provided by infinitestreamerfly.com (LLC). For clarity, essential information about the provider and the essential terms of the service is provided before the contract is formed, in line with: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Стаття 13, Стаття 17, Стаття 19, Стаття 21.

If you place/confirm an order through an internet booking/offer, we ensure that legally required information about the electronic commerce subject is accessible online, in line with: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Стаття 17, Стаття 18, Стаття 19, Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".

If you make a booking/confirmation request on the website, we may process personal data needed to handle your request and communications (see Section 6).

2) Itinerary details and accuracy limitations

• The itinerary shown on the website is based on our best information at the time of publishing.
• We may adjust timing, route segments, venues, or activities due to weather, safety requirements, local transport conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any claims or descriptions in ad/landing-page materials must be truthful and supportable; advertising must not be misleading, in line with: Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

By submitting a booking/confirmation request, you acknowledge that real-world conditions may require operational changes, and you agree to follow instructions from our guide and staff during the tour.

3) Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a booking/confirmation request on the website does not automatically guarantee availability. A confirmed booking (by the process provided by the site) is required to secure your place on the selected weekend tour.

We will provide customer-facing service information in an easy-to-access and understandable form, in line with: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», інформації у легкодоступній та зрозумілій формі для споживачів, Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".

4) Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the confirmed booking details and the timing of your request. If the tour must be rescheduled or canceled due to circumstances affecting performance, we will offer alternatives where possible or process refunds in accordance with applicable rules for consumer services.

If your purchase was made under a distance/off-premises consumer arrangement, you may have the right to refuse/withdraw within the statutory period. This right is supported by website-based refusal instructions and a refusal form (see Section 5).

5) Right to refuse/withdraw (distance/off-premises)

Where applicable for distance/off-premises consumer arrangements, you have the right to refuse/withdraw within the statutory period. We provide website-based refusal instructions and a refusal request form, in line with: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», Стаття 21, форма заявки для оформлення відмови від договору, інструкцію про порядок відмови.

To exercise your right, submit the refusal request using our website form below. After submission, the request will be redirected to the thank-you page.

6) Personal data processing

If you provide booking and contact details on the website, we process personal data only on a lawful basis, including where required, consent, and for the purposes of fulfilling your request and communicating with you.
